The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

- If the product is in stock, there will be a green “in stock” mark.
If you are in one of the countries where we can offer a free shipping service, you will not have to worry about the shipping fees for a standard delivery.
If one of our warehouses is located in your country, you can purchase the products from one of them and you will enjoy the pleasure of a fast and cheap delivery service.
In order to avoid multiple charges when shipping products to your country, we suggest you buy everything in one single order. By doing so, you can minimize the per-item shipping costs.
Please pay attention to the description of each product in order to confirm whether you will receive an adapter or not. In case you will receive an adapter, you should also ensure that it can be used in your country. Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. If you can not find a product on our website, could be because we haven’t stock temporally or it might be discontinued and we will probably not sell it anymore.

This situation occurs when there is a mismatch between our digital stock counter and the actual stock availability of a product. The stock level in our website is constantly updated, but on some rare occasions the number of units available does not match the actual stock of a product in our warehouses.
If you encounter this problem, you are eligible for a full refund or you can wait for the item to be restocked.
If you want to modify the content of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically return to your payment account within the number 5-7 days. Depends on the payment method used by you.
Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days after receiving it, you are protected by our “Buyer Protection” guarantee.

We do not charge our customers with any additional fees or taxes. However, you may still have to pay the following ones:

- The full name and shipping address of your PayPal account do not match the details you entered for this order. We have tried to contact you but have not received your response within a reasonable period of time. For this reason, we may have canceled your order.

How do I exercise my right to the PayPal Buyer Protection?
If you do not receive your order or one of the products is significantly different from its description, you will be covered by the PayPal Buyer Protection, which includes the price of the item plus the shipping fees. Please contact our customer service as soon as you realize there might have been something wrong with your order.
You will be covered by the PayPal Buyer Protection if your case meets the following criteria:
- The item was purchased on Cheapibuy;
- You paid with PayPal;
- You filed only one claim per PayPal payment;
- You opened the case no later than 45 calendar days from the date of your PayPal payment and – if necessary – escalated it to a claim no more than 20 calendar days after opening your case;
- You meet the PayPal Buyer Protection requirements outlined in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.

How can I pay if PayPal is not available in my country?
If PayPal is not available in your country, you can use other methods to pay for your order or contact us.
On occasion, transactions need to be reviewed and confirmed by your bank.
You will be informed by e-mail of any updates and you can log in to your Cheapibuy account to view the current status of your order.
Please ensure that your card details and personal information have been entered correctly. Below are some of the most common reasons for why your credit card was declined:
- You did not honor your credit card issuing bank;
- The funds in your card are not sufficient to complete your purchase;
- You are buying restricted items, like e-cigarettes or adult toys;
- The card has expired or the new card has not been activated yet;
- System section time-out;
- Your card has been stolen or is lost;
Can’t see the credit card option? Payments with a credit card are only activated for specific countries our intermediaries operate in. If you can not use a credit card, you can still select other payment methods, like PayPal or Stripe.
We do not have access to your credit card information, and thus we suggest you complete the transaction with another credit card or payment method if the problem persists.
If we have asked you to verify your identity, this is to safeguard the security of your account and to prevent frauds. You will receive a notification e-mail from [email protected] asking to verify your identity.

Your order status can be checked in My Account
It is easy, after you placed an order log in your account using your email address.
In your Cheapibuy account, you can see all the orders you made including full information: shipping address, shipping method, payment information also items ordered.
When the status of your order is updated, It will also show in your account. The tracking number will be submitted to your account after we ship out your package. You should also receive a email from Cheapibuy including tracking number and links.
You also have access to your account setting and your address book.
You will not receive a tracking code if your order is pendint to be shipped, remember that we need at least 2-5 business days.
You can track your order in different parts of our website according to its current status.
Processing: you can check its status in the “My Orders” section of your Cheapibuy account.
Shipped: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking code and a link where to track it (www.17track.net). You can also find the tracking details of your order on the “My Orders” page.
Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue:
- Check if the shipping address of your order is correct;
- Ask your neighbors, relatives or friends if they have received the parcel on your behalf;
All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. Cheapibuy cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
If an order contains an out-of-stock product, it will not be processed until when we receive its new stock. If your order contains several products, it will be split and the items currently available will be shipped first. We will then send you the out-of-stock items after they have been restocked.
We can ship our products to almost 11 countries and can offer a free shipping service for most of them. If your country ins’t listed in our shipping list contact us and we’ll try to sent the product you want to your country.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information (also you can find that information in My Acoount area) and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
We do not offer free shipping to some countries when the suppliers charge the fees to shipp. However, we strive for increasing the number of countries and suppliers eligible for our free shipping service, and you may discover that this option is available for your country in the near future.
You can view the shipping fees on each product page at checkout. But normally we offer free shipping in major part of our products.
We usually require 2-5 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.
If you refuse to accept the goods or refuse to pay customs duties, the goods will be returned to the sender (Cheapibuy). When the tracking information shows “returned to sender”, you may request a refund of your order.

- If there are no problems with your address, the delivery of your order may have been delayed by slow Customs, logistics or postal clearance procedures.

If you are not at home for its delivery or the package is too big for your mailbox, your parcel may return to your local post office. A notice will usually be left on your door or in your mailbox.

- We made a mistake: on rare occasions, an item may not have been placed in the right package;
- The parcel was damaged or some items were removed: your package may have been opened or damaged during its delivery. It is also possible that one or more items have fallen out.

We offers you the possibility of returning an item within 15 days after delivery and to receive a partial or full refund. The refund will cover the amount you paid minus the shipping fees both ways (not in some special cases or special products). If you do not want to receive an order, you should cancel it within 24 hours after placing it. We can send you a full refund if it has not been shipped yet.
You will be covered by the Buyer Protection. You can take some photos or a short video showing the content of the package you received and send them to us. Please also include your order number and a photo of the shipping label. We will do our best to assist you shortly after receiving your query.

The estimated time for the refund to return to your account is based on the payment method you selected when placing your order.
If you choose to send money via PayPal, the total refund amount will be less as you will need to pay all PayPal commission charges. PayPal charges commission according to your PayPal account rate.
Normally a refound can take from 1 to 7 days and in some cases with Credit Card it can take 1 business day, but bank processing may take 7-14 natural days to show in your account.
